One specimen of Gibberichthys latifrons (Thorp, 1969) of 155 mm TL was trawled off Eiao Island, Marquesas Archipelago, French Polynesia. This capture is the second record of the species for this area of the Pacific Ocean and the largest specimen caught to date. More
