Indifferent eel

The Indifferent eel lives in the demersal, marine, depth range 55 - 58 m environment.

We had a really indifferent eel sushi (read: invisible eel, plennty of cucumber) and a somewhat better sashimi plate... The fish was very fresh, and some sorts were exceptionally tasty but... badly cut. There was definitely no real sushi master in the kitchen. More
