The Vilcabamba Tapaculo (Scytalopus urubambae) is a small passerine bird endemic to Peru. This tapaculo was formerly considered to be a subspecies of Magellanic Tapaculo, Scytalopus magellanicus, but is now treated as a separate species based on differences in voice.
