Grey-and-buff Woodpecker

The Grey-and-buff Woodpecker is a species of bird in the Picidae family. It is found in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, and Thailand. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montanes.

Grey-and-buff Woodpecker and Brown Barbet, were seen only by myself. During the tour we enjoyed a wide variety of forest species. A myriad of bulbuls (20 species) and babblers featured prominently, along with 13 species of woodpecker and a good selection of flycatchers that included Mugimaki and Yellow-rumped, and Little Pied Flycatchers at point blank range.
