We descended once more to the lowlands, and before ascending the parallel forested ridge to Mindat, we birded some lowland forest where we found Velvet-fronted Nuthatch, Black-winged Cuckooshrike, Lesser Racket-tailed Drongo, Streaked Spiderhunter, Yellow-bellied Warbler, Green Imperial Pigeon and some very pleasing Blossom-headed Parakeets.
