Lake Lufira Masked-Weaver

The Tanzania Masked-weaver or Tanganyika Masked-weaver is a species of bird in the weaver family, Ploceidae. It is found in and around swamps in south-west Tanzania and north-east Zambia. The Lake Lufira Weaver of the Democratic Republic of Congo is sometimes treated as a subspecies of this bird.

The Lake Lufira Masked-Weaver is classified as Least Concern. Does not qualify for a more at risk category. Widespread and abundant taxa are included in this category.
