the entry of the Lowland Akalat in Clements I found a personally written addition of a new subspecies (Sheppardia cyornithopsis pallidigularis), described either after the publication of Clements or after it's cut-off date. I was surprised that it wasn't even mentioned in HBW Vol. 10. Normally this series is perfectly updated and usually even depicts these new races. I had a vague recollection of writing it down sometime in the late nineties, I guess. More
