Brown-backed Cisticola, our first Cameroon Mountains endemic, were evident. Soon we reached the forest border, the calls of Green Longtail luring us upwards. Our first stop was for the bold Oriole Finch, followed shortly by Grey Apalis and Green Longtail. Next was our first sighting of Little Oliveback, a bird which we must have seen another 10 times during the day, but never grew tired of. More
