time while KT walked down the road and saw an Andaman Crake in leaf-litter at a culvert some 100m below the gates. Walked the 2.5 km to the top of Mt Harriet, seeing little of note until just beyond the rest-house where a singing Thick-billed Warbler was persuaded to show. Walking down to the bottom, found another Thick-billed Warbler 1km beyond the entrance. Took a tricycle back to Bamboo Flats for the 11.25 ferry. At 2.30 pm taxied to North Wandoor via Corbyn’s Cove and Sippighat. More
