Wedge-billed Hummingbird

The Wedge-billed Hummingbird is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family. It is placed in the monotypic genus Schistes, but sometimes merged with the visorbearers in Augastes. It is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
