This Glowing Puffleg was a beautiful but in infrequent visitor to the feeders. One day I noticed it was feeding around our feet at the feeders we had placed on the ground, to be out of the way of our shooting. So we lowered a set of lights to the ground and lay on our bellies to get some shots of this amazing little hummingbird. I suspect that it normally feeds on flowers very close to the ground, but I never observed it doing so. More
