Animal of the day copyright notice

In this weblog, an animal is described each day. A picture of the animal is accompanied with the description to form the article of that day. We point out the license under which we use these images on this site (usually a Creative Commons license). When no license is mentioned it could be that the picture is in the public domain, but don't assume it is in the public domain when no license is mentioned.
