Dipterocarpus gracilis is a species of tree in the family Dipterocarpaceae. The species is found in Kalimantan, Bangladesh, India (the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Tripura), Indonesia (Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra), Peninsular Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and the Philippines.
