Golden slippers - Paphiopedilum armeniacum is found from western Yunnan province in China to northern Myanmar, at elevations from 1000 to 2000 meters. It grows on limestone cliffs and slopes. The habitat is subjected to constant light fog in the winter and heavy rain in the summer.

Paphiopedilum barbigerum - Paphiopedilum barbigerum is a species of plant in the Orchidaceae family. It is endemic to Guangxi, southeastern Yunnan and southwestern Guizhou in China.

Paphiopedilum emersonii - Paphiopedilum emersonii is found in northern Vietnam and in Guangxi, southeastern Yunnan and southern Guangdong provinces of China. It is found in rocks, sandstone, and clay on mossy cliffs in elevations of 460 to 750 meters. The area is subjected to dryness from late fall to spring with slight fog and drizzle. In the summer, there they are subjected to heavy rain.
