BTW, i have been told by a few people that Syagrus Picrophylla is almost as hardy as a Queen,, almost!! I have one and it has done very well for me here in zone 9b. It is just starting to develop a trunk and it has only been damaged once in 2003, 20% leaf burn as well. The low temp was 28f. More
