Orange Weaver - These birds exhibit sexual dimorphism, and plumage also varies seasonally. During breeding or "nuptial" season, the male has a black beak, black plumage around the eyes, and brown wings, The rest of the plumage is a brilliant red to orange in color. Outside of breeding season, the males sport plumage that is considerably more drab, brown overall with some dark streaks and a cream-colored belly. The females have the same plumage year-round, which resembles that of the off-season males. The males of this species are often confused males of the species E. o. orix, more commonly known as the grenadier weaver, or red bishop.

Streaked Weaver - They nest in small colonies often in reed beds near water bodies.

 

Finn's Weaver - The species was named by Hume based on a specimen obtained at Kaladhungi near Nainital. The species was rediscovered in the Terai near Calcutta by Frank Finn and the species was given the common name of Finn's Baya by Eugene William Oates around 1889-90.

Black-necked Weaver - This weaver occurs in forests, especially in wet habitats. It builds a large coarsely woven nest made of grass and creepers with a 15 cm downward facing entrance tunnel hanging from the globular egg chamber. The nest is suspended from a branch in a tree and 2-3 eggs are laid. It nests in pairs but forms small flocks when not breeding.

 

Ploceus nigrimentus - The Black-chinned Weaver is a species of bird in the Ploceidae family. It is found in the Bailundu Highlands of western Angola, on the Batéké Plateau in Republic of the Congo, and in eastern Gabon.

Baya Weaver - Three geographical races are recognized. The nominate race philippinus is found through much of mainland India. The race burmanicus is found eastwards into Southeast Asia. A third race, travancoreensis is darker above and found in southwest India.

Lake Lufira Masked-Weaver - The Tanzania Masked-weaver or Tanganyika Masked-weaver is a species of bird in the weaver family, Ploceidae. It is found in and around swamps in south-west Tanzania and north-east Zambia. The Lake Lufira Weaver of the Democratic Republic of Congo is sometimes treated as a subspecies of this bird.

 

Sakalava Weaver - Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland.

Speke's Weaver - The eyes are pale and the bill is on the large side for a weaver. Unlike many weavers, it has the same plumage all year. The adult male is yellow with black throat , face, and bill, and variable black mottling on the back. The adult female's upperparts are dull olive-gray with dusky brown streaks; the underparts are pale yellow, whiter on the belly and grayer on the flanks. The juvenile is similar but duller.

 

Fox's Weaver - Its natural habitats are moist savanna, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, and swamps. It is threatened by habitat loss.

 

Loango Slender-billed Weaver - It is estimated that there are somewhere between 2,500 and 10,000 of the bird in existence, so it is listed as a Vulnerable Species
