Anchieta's Sunbird - The Anchieta's Sunbird is a species of bird in the Nectariniidae family. It is found in Angola, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, and Zambia, and is named after José Alberto de Oliveira Anchieta.

Collared Sunbird - Sunbird flight is fast and direct on their short wings. Most species can take nectar by hovering like a hummingbird, but usually perch to feed most of the time.

Plain-throated Sunbird - The Brown-throated Sunbird is a relatively large, heavy sunbird with a thick bill. Measuring some 14 centimetres in length, it has a mass of 7.4–13.5 g , with males averaging slightly larger than females.

 

Nile Valley Sunbird - In February, the male Nle Valley Sunbird assumes his nuptial plumage which he displays in flamboyant fashion. In winter both sexes look alike, tiny, only 9 to 10 cm long, pale grey above and washed-out yellow below, with a long, slender and slightly down-curved bill.

 

Kenya Violet-backed Sunbird - The Eastern Violet-backed Sunbird , also known as the Kenya Violet-backed Sunbird, is a species of bird in the Nectariniidae family. It is found in arid savanna of East Africa, ranging from Djibouti in north to Tanzania in south. It is part of the violet-backed sunbird superspecies.

 

Plain-backed Sunbird - The Plain-backed Sunbird has a disjunct distribution, with one subpopulation in the coastal lowlands of Kenya and north-eastern Tanzania, and another in Mozambique and Zimbabwe. It may be at risk from clearance of lowland forest throughout its range.

 

Banded Green Sunbird - Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, plantations , and rural gardens. It is threatened by habitat loss.

 

Plain Sunbird - The Plain Sunbird is a species of bird in the Nectariniidae family. It is found in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, and Thailand. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical mangrove forests.
